Microsoft acaba de hacer oficial el anuncio de que su servicio Games for Windows Live ya no exigirá una cuota mensual de inscripción, por lo que de esta forma y desde ya mismo la plataforma online ha pasado de ser una comunidad exclusiva de pago a un servicio totalmente gratuito.

El anuncio por parte de la compañía de Redmon fue realizado durante su conferencia en un evento de origen norteamericano llamado Gamefest, donde además ha querido dejar constar que habrán contenidos descargables sin costes y otros que sí necesiten obligatoriamente abonar una cuota para su posesión.
